Mori Sushi got me all confused after the first bite. It was about 9p.m. when we arrived, and I was surprised it wasn't jam packed in here. Nestled in the Cedar Ridge plaza on Algonquin Rd. with plenty of parking, come check this place out for some authentic sushi rolls and Nigiri. We tried these rolls as pictured: Rainbow, Nigiri, Kamikaze, and Ceviche. None of these rolls were spicy to me and each was absolutely delicious. I finished things off with the fresh cucumber salad and enjoyed it very much. The Kamikaze roll was my first bite, spicy tuna and sweet sauce, but it wasn't spicy at all. The ceviche roll tasted very fresh with the cilantro and avocado. Everything was fresh and flavorful, but slightly warm temp for my liking. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area. Anything with the crabmeat is not gluten free, and they do have Tamari sauce. I had two rolls, salad, and my husband had the Nigiri and Rainbow roll. The total was under $100 for us both and worth it.
Update Edit: came back again for the Crazy & Sexy rolls. The Crazy roll had tuna, salmon, avocado and some chili oil in a delicate packet of goodness. I was impressed with the sexy rolls in cucumber, what a refreshing treat! The tuna, salmon, avocado, and radish were rolled in cucumber slices and marinated in a tangy/savory black pepper vinaigrette. I'll definitely come back for these rolls!
Update: we brought some friends to try this place and they were thoroughly impressed with the Ocean drive and Caribbean rolls, and the tekkadon bowl. The Caribbean Roll had a sweet and savory flavor marrying the spice in the middle with a mango exterior finish. Tekkadon featured mushrooms, tomago, tuna, avocado, on a bed of steamed rice; an excellent healthy choice that's also delicious and served with Miso soup. The Ocean Drive sushi roll is an absolute delight! Packed with fresh tuna, yellowtail, jalapeno, cilantro, and creamy avocado, all wrapped in soy paper, it's a burst of flavors and textures that dance on your palate. The honey miso adds a subtle sweetness that perfectly complements the savory elements. What sets this roll apart is not just its ingredients but the balance and freshness that make each bite incredibly satisfying. Plus, the lime on the side adds a zesty twist that elevates the entire experience. If you're looking for a fun, refreshing sushi roll that showcases the best of ocean flavors, look no further than the Ocean Drive roll. Highly recommended!

NO. BAD. DON'T EAT HERE. I specified that I had an allergy and ordered a roll with *real* crab because imitation crab has wheat in it, and they sure gave me crunchy, wheaty *real* crab 🙃 It cost $3 more for real crab, giving me a $10 bill for 6 pieces of sushi that I'm going to be suffering for for days. When I told them the mistake after eating one piece they did fix it (*hopefully* not the imitation crab), but the damage has been done
