They knew what gluten free is and have been amazing! Am not at all worried about getting sick. Had a three-course meal as part of a very large group and each time they brought out food they brought mine out first/separately and reassured me it was gluten free. They also did great vegetarian food for my friends. Food was really good as well. Highly recommend.
