Great sushi joint. Lots of gluten free options and they confirmed the sushi rice was gluten free. I had no reactions and I am very sensitive.

This was a good experience but a little frustrating. The sushi rice is made with a special vinegar that is actually not entirely gluten free. Because my son has a significant wheat allergy we just didn't want to chance it/didn't understand how that would affect him, so he could only have the sashimi and that just wasn't what he would have wanted. The waiter was incredible however and we really felt taken care of. He told us about Aloha soy, a local gluten free soy sauce brand they use there and took a lot of time to go over everything and show us the box label etc. Felt very comfortable with avoiding the other allergies which are substantial.
