The server was not at all educated on gluten free or celiac safe. I had to kindly explain to her that certain things wouldn’t be safe. She was receptive however to what I had to say. (Work event so was obligated to stay)
I didn’t feel confident in anything except the steak, baked potatoe and broccolini. Thankfully no reaction happened.
I wouldn’t recommend as they seem not to train their staff on celiac/cross contamination, which is surprising as it is a hotel restaurant.

Staff tried to answer most questions I had about Celiac safe options and cross contamination. They did talk to the chef about what was safe. I got the hummus with gluten free bread as an appetizer, then the steak and a baked potato. Do NOT eat the steak sauce, apparently that has gluten. They did not offer any gluten free dessert alternatives. I am very sensitive and did not get sick.

No GF menu, server said they would remove sauces and try to accommodate. They are not set up to do so and had no clue! Oysters were ok with just the oil vinegar sauce and raw lemon juice. I also ordered the beet goat cheese salad was tested with my Nima as unsafe; did not eat it.

Terrible experience for a $250 dinner. Server was not aware of celiac disease and would not let us talk to the chef. The Manager attempted to help and clearly didn't know as he asked if we carried an epipen. We didn't go back after our first night as they clearly don't want celiac people to eat here. Really sad.The plus on this is that we found the Outback Steakhouse next door to be extremely accommodating and to have better food.
