Mos Burger has a ‘low allergen’ menu with a pork burger and pork hotdog. Both come on rice flour buns. I ordered the pork hamburger. It came out in certified gluten-free packaging. I think it may have been reheated in that package so cross contamination is probably low. It was quite small, I think it was a bit smaller than most burger chain kid’s meal burgers. It tasted good but it was closer to a breakfast sausage sandwich than a burger. There’s no toppings, only ketchup.
The website has a really clear allergen chart in English and Japanese. It evens warns about what items come into cross-contact. I highly recommend taking a look at the allergen chart before going.
