Review of Mosa Restaurant

This is a tapas restaurant with a limited menu. The server was familiar with gluten and spoke good English. She conferred with the chef and recommended several dishes on the menu that were GF or could be easily adapted by leaving off an ingredient. She even identified battered and fried foods as off the table, which made me feel very safe. Everything we ate was delicious, especially the vegetarian dishes.
