Gluten free items are listed on the main menu. Our server was knowledgeable of celiac and mentioned this to the kitchen staff. They prepared my food in another area to provide the safest service. I felt completely safe and had no issues with cross contamination issues. This was a lovely dinner with our family. I will definitely dine here my next visit to Redding. Thank you!

Pizza crust was excellent, cauliflower/potato crust bound with cheese. When we went there the entire menu was under $50, gf pizza was $30 (including the gf upcharge). No deserts on the menu but they had 2 gf ice cream options including one specialty ice cream. They have one rotating cider on tap. Nobody had any issues eating here but I will only give 4 hearts for safety for any shared kitchen.

Our three celiacs had no reactions after eating the GF pizza, which they enjoyed. Unfortunately they don’t consider any of their salads GF because they can’t guarantee the vinegar in the vinaigrettes is GF. Salad with plain olive oil leaves something to be desired.

Went here multiple times and never got sick. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Listed GF options are limited, but they can modify almost anything to be GF (so you can basically get the entire menu). I had the pizza, salmon, halibut, and ice cream. All were fantastic. Strongly recommend for severe celiac folks.
