Chem Giờ is currently providing the food here and it is amazing. The menu is 100% gluten free! This place is so special, not only do they serve gluten free meals, but these are dishes that are harder to find in most Vietnamese restaurants. Lots of vegan options too. Mosaic had several seltzer and cider options, not sure about gluten free beer. But the food was amazing. The bánh xèo tacos were my favorite.
