Most of the items on the menu are labeled as gluten free. When I asked one of the employees about the gluten free options, she didn't know what I was talking about (I think because of a language barrier) so I'm not sure I would trust this place to avoid cross contact or cross contamination. But the arepas and empanadas are made with corn, and were absolutely delicious! I also had the tostones, which use smashed and fried plantains as the outer "sandwich". It was amazing! So flavorful! Just know that the restaurant is located inside a food hall called La Cosecha, so that's what you're looking for on the outside. Mosaico is visible once you're inside.
