Zum Frühstück konnten wir glutenfreie Brötchen bestellen. Sie kamen kontaminationsfrei in der Backfolie. Beim Buffet waren die gh Brötchen nicht direkt neben Wurst, Käse, etc, sondern durch eine Säule getrennt. Trotzdem lagen teilweise Krümel auf der Käseplatte. Butter, Margarine, 2 Sorten Marmelade und Joghurt waren abgepackt, ansonsten alles offen und somit potentiell kontaminiert. Für unsere Tochter hat das Angebot gereicht.
