Delicious & cute cafe. Lots of gluten free options- especially for breakfast. My kids loved the gluten free pancakes and we enjoyed the breakfast bowl & huevos rancheros! So flavorful! Plus afterwards the market has lots of yummy gluten free market items. I wish there was a place like this where we live.
Celiac friendly but the food was so-so. They only have vegetarian and vegan options (which is great if that’s what you need!), so you are kinda limited. My food was bland and the pancakes were chewy.
I have eaten here and shopped here too many times to count! Love this place! And the staff are wonderful! 1st time: I had some sort of southwest salad (can't remember the name right now) and it was great! 2nd time: gluten free pancakes mmmmmmmmm So gooey and delicious with syrup. And fruit mmmmmmm 5 millionth time: Amazing Burger on GF bun with mushrooms and jalapeños and a side of lemon quinoa. 🤤 gluten free vegan and soy free! Well eliminate the mayo and it’s soy free. Juices are all wonderful too. So fresh and healthy! So many GF & Vegan options!
Amazing gluten free grocery selection and good pricing on specialty items. Just went here first time last week. They had an excellent assortment of gluten free flours, baked goods and snacks. It was like a small Whole Foods. Prices appeared to be better as well. Very pleased. I will become a regular shopper now.
since 06 gf mother's been my place for vegan gf shopping in so cal. also the kitchen is priced very well, good sized portions, and they can do many things gf and vegan. wish they used gf vegan bread though. vegan cheese, gravy, sour cream are better than the "real" stuff. friends love it too.
Great products in the store. Sprouts has more selection for staples, but mothers has more specialties. I love the restaurant ...I can finally have a good sandwich ;) tuna melt !!! One of the reviews here was unhappy they don't guarantee GF. Other than some place that is ENTIRELY gluten free facility, I have yet to find someone that will guarantee GF for legal reasons. Maybe there are...I certainly don't know everything ;) just going on my experience .
Lots of gluten-free groceries. Carries the best gluten-free bread: Udi (not to be confused with Rudi). It tastes like normal bread and you don't have to toast it for it to be edible. Udi also had great muffins which you can find here.
Has gluten free menu for restaurant but when I went to order and asked about measures to prevent cross-contamination I was told basically none were taken and even though they have a gluten free menu nothing it's considered gluten free.
