Gluten free…NOT wheat free. My wife has a wheat and egg intolerance. Typically when we find restaurants that are aware and accommodating to this, we have good luck with the food being wheat free. I read that this place had gluten free deep dish pizza, and it was egg free also. My wife really misses deep dish pizza, so I thought I had won the lottery! When we got our pizzas, my wife took one bite and said, “this is too good. It must have wheat.” I asked the waitress (that by the way, was super helpful) if the gluten free crust had wheat. She told me that it in fact was a gluten free wheat that they use for the gluten free crust. I wish I had seen this detail prior to going. I searched and searched, but didn’t see anything on this site about the wheat. Now we know, and hopefully now you will know before you go. The regular pizza and gluten free pizza were both fantastic. Just wish it was wheat free.
We have had pizza from here so many times and have loved it every time . Pretty knowledgeable staff and they take precautions. There are lots of gf pizza options and each one is absolutely delicious!!

Got the Detroit style crust. Weird crust flavor and cardboard type consistency.
Ordered two gluten free pizzas to go. Both were edible; first few bites tasted like cardboard and the crust squeaked on-bite, but after awhile I got used to the flavor. I recommend asking for more sauce to go with the pizza to help combat the taste of the crust. Airfrying at 400 F for 5m helped the crust become crunchy.

Very fun and good experience. JoJo helped us and she is awesome. My husband and I are gluten free, and it was SUPER fun to eat a gluten free deep dish pizza. We got the supreme and then the pepperoni. Both were good! 5 stars and we will be back. They take allergies seriously, and I felt very safe and cared for. FUN!!!!! Thank you JoJo!!!!
Called in and they told me the gluten free pizza has wheat in it.
FABULOUS! Thick Detroit style crust, delicious toppings and never had a reaction. Best gf crust around!
Thickest crust I’ve had since eating GF. Great tasting and friendly staff.
Ordered the Hoffa and Mowtown Supreme on multiple occasions....no reaction and I am a symptomatic Celiac. Hubby can eat anything and this is by far the best pizza we have had in dfw!
Ordered The Hoffa and it was really good. I have Celiac and didn’t have any odd reactions to it—it’s Detroit style ✅ so the crust isn’t oily or too crusty
Gluten-Free DEEP DISH Pizza was AMAZING!!! I've been searching for years for a nice spongy deep dish gluten-free pizza and found it here! Owner is great! Staff is friendly. Thanks for a great dinner :-) They do take measures to make the GF pizza on seperate pans and to avoid cross contamination if possible. If you are Celiec be aware that it is a pizza restaurant so there is a possibility of cross contamination.
