Ending a full day hike at Gimmelwald I was pleasantly surprise to find that the hostel had gluten free beer (Daura Damm) and had ready made gluten free pizza bases. It may not have been the best pizza in the world, but as it was unexpected, it was fantastic. The gluten free option is not on the menu, you have to ask when ordering.
