Anything on the menu can be made gluten-free! There is a rotating flatbread selection, and when I let the manager know that I was celiac, he looked so happy to be able to help me. He made a fresh batch of ingredients to prevent any cross-contamination and made everything on my flatbread fresh. It was fancy with honey and goat cheese, lemon, fennel I can’t even remember all of the amazingness, but it was probably the best flatbread I’ve ever ever had!
