Server said I couldn’t order anything off of the menu due to my Celiac and that they were only gluten friendly. I explained that I was stuck at the hotel for 5 days with no transportation while at a conference and tried to find something relatively safe. I chose chili and a side salad (both marked gf on the menu.) I was brutally ill for the next day. This restaurant is not safe for celiacs or gluten intolerant. (Other than sealed items at the marketplace, I found the entire Gaylord resort to be the same, unfortunately.)
