GF pizza is cooked on the dirty oven surface so it is definitely cross contaminated. You order at a kiosk and the brew on tap is self serve. That should tell you everything you need to know but then they forgot my partner’s order because “ there was a big party.”

So when you order on the screen make sure your spouse doesn’t order same pizza (not gf). They mixed up our pizzas and I was very sick in their bathroom in ten minutes. They did refund us $$ but haven’t been back as they aren’t trained for celiac

Terrible. Period. Too salty. We also ordered naked wings with sauce on the side-we got naked wings drenched in sauce and salty. Don’t eat here.

I have zero confidence in this place. It was bad enough to witness the disgusting things I saw going on behind the counter, but when I asked if one of the sauces had gluten, the person just shrugged. Then one of the others piped up and said it’s not GF because there’s chicken in it. Facepalm. Then another one recommended the pesto pizza until another one said no, pesto has gluten. (I’ve never met a pesto that had gluten) Bottom line, they clearly have no idea about food allergies, not to mention food service practices in general. They’re a health code violation waiting to happen. We went across the street to the Alley House Grille where you can get a GF pizza for the same price, and the staff actually cares about your experience.

Would not consider this a safe place for anyone with celiac or even a gluten sensitivity. The customer service was absolutely awful, I had a couple questions about how their prepping space was setup and the lady was super rude with her responses - her demeanor made it clear that she would rather not have to deal with me.

Make sure to talk to the person at the kiosk and ask them to change gloves and put the pizza on a pan before it enters the oven. They took precautions, but were pretty rude about it. 4 stars because the staff was kind of mean but I didn’t get sick.

Fantastic gf pizza, no cross contamination. When we ordered pat the self serve kiosk, we were told they were running behind and it would likely be 45 mins to hour. Busy weekend, with Mountain Chili Cha Cha festival going on, but gf pizza was ready in about 15-30 mins due to being cooked separately. Excellent tap room with wine and craft beer for those who can have gluten

Ordered a cauliflower crust, pesto sauce with grilled chicken & bacon pizza. OMG delicious. I did ask for it to be cooked a little longer, I like my crust crispy. The pizza was great and I had no reaction & I’m very sensitive because I really stick to GF - I take no risks with cross contamination - like eating items that are clearly cross contaminated. (Understanding most don’t guarantee) As far as the customer service - my husband and I were really slow with the kiosk ordering system - but the staff was very helpful & we laughed together at our struggle. But we found the staff to be very helpful and very pleasant. We only had soda’s but they have an awesome wall of beers and I believe it had a hard cider option. We will definitely be returning. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE AND NOT ACTUALLY GET YOUR FOOD.

SO BAD IT DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.

Worse place I’ve ever been to. I waited an hour and a half for 2 pizzas that never came. While sitting outside one of the bus boys cleaning the tables heard how long we’ve been waiting. He went and checked and couldn’t find them and came back and told us to go inside. Went inside to check on them and gave them the two names of the pizzas. One waitress told me they called the name of one pizza which they never did because I was sitting outside waiting. For the other pizza they just completely forgot to make it. I told them after waiting an hour and a half outside freezing that I wanted a refund.

The two people working at the counter were so rude to us. We said we’ve been waiting an hour and a half and still didn’t have pizza, and they told us we didn’t have any patience.

Most rude staff I’ve ever encountered other than the waiter outside. WORSE SERVICE TO EVER EXIST.
