The waiter knew exactly what was safe, and the food was good and inexpensive
Lovely venue, gf menu, food was lovely and staff were helpful.
Went for the tiffin and got rice, chickpeas and 2 chicken dishes (one a little hot for me).
Did feel a little off after but have been travelling and not eating great, so not sure it was their fault.
We had a great experience at Mowgli’s! I felt super safe and the food was out-of-this-world. They had a separate “gluten friendly” menu with a bunch of options. On the back of the menu, they had an allergy chart which listed all of the allergens for each item on the menu. When my food came, they flagged each item AND it was delivered separately by the manager. They took really good care of me and they definitely understand allergies and cross-contamination. I felt totally fine afterwards!
FYI, I ordered: The fenugreek fries, the mango margarita, the paneer, the butter chicken and basmati rice!

Excellent GF menu. Ordered the Tiffen from the GF menu and it was delicious.
Incredible Indian food!!! Had a separate gf menu, we ordered the sticky chicken, paneer, butter chicken and basmati to share and everything was so flavourful and delicious. One of the best meals I’ve had honestly. Staff assured me things were prepared separately and that frier was gf. Highly recommend! Would have added a pic but we ate too quickly!
Has a solely GF menu which is always a bonus! Delicious butter chicken curry was so sweet and creamy! The fenugreek fries had garnishes which really made them addictive. Our server was very friendly and the interior design was stunning too.
Delicious food, friendly staff and a beautiful space. Many GF options; we shared three. I loved the gunpowder chicken. I didn’t have a reaction.
Really enjoyed this Indian inspired spot. The setting is absolutely beautiful and they have an extensive gluten free menu. I loved the sticky chicken, though I did have to ask about the little noddles on top - they are made with chickpea flour and are gluten free. Cocktails were also excellent!!
Very clued up and a great selection in their gf menu. It's our restaurant of choice for a family occasion.
Went for lunch recently with my wife, who is not coeliac, and had a very enjoyable experience. GF menu available and serving staff were very aware of GF requirements. Food was excellent and served in slightly smaller portions so we had two dishes each and shared a rice. As it is a tapas style serving, the dishes come along at small intervals, which means that they are hot when they arrive and you can start eating them straight away. Ideal menu for sharing GF dishes. Highly recommended.
Went last week for our anniversary dinner and had such an incredible experience, I can’t recommend this place enough! They have a fully separate menu marked “Gluten Friendly” (NGCI), but also every menu already comes with a full allergen chart on the back, you don’t need to ask for one, which is super cool if you have any other allergies! The staff were super accommodating to any questions and when we saw the receipt at the end of the night we saw that every item had been rung up as a “coeliac allergy” specifically, which made us feel super safe. Felt totally fine afterward! Recommended dishes: fenugreek fries, lamb curry, + the chocolate brownie for dessert! Pics of the experience on IG, @aceliacabroad.

However, when my food arrived, I was uncertain if it was truly gluten-free. I found that the waitress was not very confident in her response to my questions. It’s important to note that while the allergens page indicates which items are gluten-free, it’s essential to specifically communicate your dietary needs to your server. From what I gathered, it seems that adjustments might be made to the ingredients in the dishes, so clear communication is key. Overall, I'm hopeful the restaurant can enhance their process for ensuring gluten-free options to provide extra peace of mind for diners.
Lovely time here. They cater for gluten free very well! Allergy menu on the main menu board which made it easier it also stated what drinks were gluten free!
Pretty substantial gluten free menu. Great option for a group just to share a bunch of dishes especially if you want to taste a variety.
