Can’t say enough about Mowsem. I too Hilton about my allergy ahead of the stay and the staff had the allergy listed when we checked-in for breakfast. The sous chef came to the table to introduce himself and walked me through the buffet to highlight what was safe, what he suggested to avoid given proximity to other sources of gluten via CC (buffet style). There is a GF bakery section away from the rest of the breads and pastries. The omelette station doesn’t have any gluten ingredients. The chef brought me warm GF brownies, and avacado, and a bowl of berries too as treats each day. Ate here 4 times without getting sick!
