Owner said they were very familiar with allergen protocols. The kitchen said "gluten allergy" so that the kitchen knows the protocol to use.
He went over all the GF options, talked to us about the levels of sensitivity/ risk, and when told us about the seasoning they use (Spike's).
Other sensitivities & preferences: plenty of vegan options, and nuts are kept in a different location.
The food was fantastic, and the service was friendly & top notch!
