Enjoyed every bite. Ordered off the menu, since our server told me some foods on the buffett were safe, but I knew she was wrong. Delicious breakfast! Great service and atmosphere.

So much yes!!! Gluten free chocolate chip walnut muffin! So rich. Eggs Benedict = YUM! I had it with smoked salmon and it was perfect. So worth it! Potatoes that came with the eggs benedict were ok. Roasted tomato was a great addition. I couldn’t even finish it all!

Amazing! When you are being seated they ask if you would like a GF menu! I went for breakfast and the waffles were awesome! I also tried the eggs Benedict and it was good texture, not much flavor. Highly recommend!

Dedicated gluten free menu with excellent options - waffles, pancakes, bread, muffind, etc. There's also a vegan menu in case you are sensitive to dairy.

They do not advertise their GF menu, but I had the Eggs Benedict and it was delicious! The rest of the my group (non-GF folks) had the buffet and RAVED about it. Would highly recommend it!

The chef is celiac and extremely talented and caring! Best GF bread products ever: bread, muffins, English muffin, buns, and bagels (all homemade)! The source to make not only a normal but also an excellent GF option for so many traditional dishes!

Perfect pancakes and waffles as well!

Our service was beyond stellar!

The positive: Very friendly and exceptional service. They did have a GF and Vegan menu.

The negative. We ordered two waffles (one GF), one not, a side of bacon and an orange juice. The bill came to $65.

The worst: I WAS GLUTENED! We ate around 8 am. It's 1:30 pm and I'm still in pain. The waffle was good and I could tell it was GF. They served it with a vanilla butter and fruit. I'm not sure if it was the butter or possibly the syrup but I haven't been in this much pain from gluten in a long time.

NOT friendly to this Celiac!

Be sure to ask for their gluten free breakfast menu (didn't see it posted on their website)-- you won't be disappointed! Not too many places will safely prepare GF waffles, bagels, pancakes, French toast. I had the Belgium waffle and it was amazing! The staff are extremely nice and well informed about the menu. I want to go back to Vegas just so I can have breakfast here again :)

They have a dedicated gluten free breakfast menu that includes pastries, waffles, French toast, and pancakes. I had the Belgian waffle and it was excellent. They were very knowledgable and accommodating in everything I needed. When I ordered two GF muffins to go there was some confusion and delay in getting me the muffins so they gave me a free one! Would highly recommend it here since GF breakfasts can be hard to come by.

We stopped in for brunch 5 minutes ago. I was provided with a gf menu that covered breakfast and lunch. There were some fantastic options - pancakes, waffles, French toast.... I had the waffle. It was delicious!! Aside from the fantastic food the service was friendly and quick. Highly recommended

While it is better known for its dinner menu, MOzen bistro has an impressive selection of GF breakfast options. I had the French toast, which was made with some impressively light, fluffy, and well-sized GF bread. It was delicious--they add a special spice to the coating that keeps you coming back for more. Other options included eggs benedict, waffles, pancakes, and a bread medley. Service was knowledgeable about cross-contamination and the chefs were very careful. Great classy breakfast option to add to your Vegas stay.

Seriously people we take a risk when we eat out! We are a small number so don't get all bum hurt when you get cross contamination! And to many option, crazy!! Most of the time there is hardly any option! Why do you expect people(waiters) to know about our allergy it took me years to figure it out. Why expect someone who doesn't have it to know! Food is awesome!! Venting over!

Gf menu but my waiter did not seem willing to engage in my asking about whether food was actually celiac safe rather than technically gf. I ordered the pad Thai which they said was gf when they presented it but felt sick halfway through the meal. Perhaps of the waiter had been more helpful I could have gotten safe food but I did not.

Was not good service for us - the lentil pancakes were crazy spicy - the pizza crust was too think & kind of chunky... Not many GF items to pick from on this menu compared to other places we ate on the strip Hard to find & not worth it for us.

Hubby and I went there for breakfast this morning. The food was okay but definitely overpriced ($18.00 + $7.00 for hot chocolate) I had French toast which was just so-so. Apparently the chef is gluten-free so he's interested in feedback and wants to make sure there's a good selection for celiacs.I think they are well on their way; just not there yet.

Beautiful spa-like hotel. A nice escape from the chaos of the casino hotels. Great service at Mozen Bistro (inside the Mandarin Oriental, next to Aria). They have a separate GF menu and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their GF waffles are the best. Omelettes are huge. If you don't see something you want on the menu, ask. They are really great about accommodating you. Pricey, but safe & great service.

Breakfast was delicious. Mozen has a gluten free menu that even included a basket of baked goods. I opted for the waffle with pecan mascarpone spread. Very good gluten free texture and the spread pushed it toward divine. Service was excellent, dining room had a quiet, relaxed elegance. Definitely will be returning.

Went for breakfast and had GF French toast. Service was excellent! Will be going back to try the waffles or pancakes. They also had lasagna and pizza on the lunch menu. Went back for the pizza at lunch and it was ok. Tasted like a frozen Amy's pizza for $22. Had waffles for breakfast another morning and they were good. I think they probably had the most GF options of anyone on the strip.
