Got glutened. They made the pizza in the same oven as everything else. Also tested it in my Nima Gluten Free Tester and it came back that gluten was found.

First, let me say they have good pizza. But this is not a pizza review.
After a show (two of my kids are actors/dancers), we needed to feed the kids and get them to bed. Bufala was nearby and was listed as having gluten free pizza. So I asked about how they prevent cross contamination. The guy said they keep the GF pizza dough separate in the fridge, but then when they make the pizza, they slap it down on the same counter as everything else and put it in the same oven. I walked out.
If you're GF by choice, this might work for you but if you have Celiac, I would recommend against going to Mozzarella di Bufala.

Service is friendly and food is good. Since they dont really specialize in GF they tend to run out of stuff when groups show up.
Offer GF pizza and pastas
