So the thing about Mozzeria is that all the staff are deaf :-) so I am very happy to support the community but it is a little nerve wracking when you have an allergy. I wrote down that I had an allergy so it was super clear, and I saw them use separate preparation measures and cook the pizza in a separate oven. Pizza dough kind of tasted like a cracker, but not that different that most GF pizza.

Great service. When we asked about ingredients they made sure to get the right answer. Pizza was great!
