This place is amazing and so so safe for celiacs. The owner and baker is a chemist by trade and understands that even the slightest bit of gluten is unacceptable for anyone with a major allergy. She takes great care when preparing and the quality is amazing. Protein powder is included in her mixes for baking so the glycemic index is lowered. Service was fantastic and so was the quality. I loved not having to worry about ANY gluten being in there! Highly recommend.
Breakfast sandwiches delicious- rare to find gf breakfast options! Knowledgeable and kind staff. Yummy desserts and bread. GF options protected. If we lived in the area we would be regulars. They can also make you a cake or pie with a couple days notice. Thanks Mr. Bean!!
Very informed staff. The pumpkin bread was excellent!The woman who does the baking is very careful and very educated about gluten and celiac disease.
