EDITED: After safely having eaten here multiple times, I had the worst experience today so I am updating this review into reflect it. Chef Choy personally took my order but he used wheat noodles to “decorate” my dish and only when I ate a bite of it I realised the texture wasn’t anything like rice noodles so it didn’t seem gluten-free. When I asked him, he was very casual about it and said please don’t eat it, it’s not gluten-free, the noodles are just for decoration. I couldn’t believe he was serious. He actually expected I would remove the “decoration” and eat the rest. That’s not how gluten-free meals work. Although I have eaten many meals here in the past and this has never happened, the fact that it did today, this felt like a huge breach of trust, and I can no longer return. Please don’t eat here if you have celiac disease.

They can make Gluten-free dim sums etc but it’s best to tell Mr Choy directly.
