My first choice for gluten free fast food for Huntsville

Their gluten free bun is a higher quality than Udi or canyon. Really good gf bread

The meat patty is 1/3rd pound just 1 patty balances nicely with amount of bread in the bun. This is not a cheap meat. They’re using ground beef taste like choice of prime Trim not some old cow like McDonald’s or Jack-in-the-Box.

There is no dedicated fryer but you don’t need that fried stuff anyway

I am a big and was perfectly full with this thick hamburger with Fresh veggies onions pickles it was good
