I ordered the cauliflower crust, and to be cautious I asked them to not bake it, since it would be in the oven with the regular (gluten) pies. I baked it at home, 350 degrees for 20 minutes. It was delicious and I did not get sick. The crust was not soggy at all. I am giving 4 stars only because to be a 5, in my opinion they would have a separate oven.
