This truck offers lots of gluten free options including corn tortillas for tacos, corn tortilla chips for nacjos, gluten free taco sauces, gluten free queso, loaded nachos, veggie rice bowls, ACP and Philly tacos and street tacos. It is not a gluten free kitchen but they are very caring when it comes to allergies
