Mr.Big Fish

No gluten free menu but waiter was very helpful finding out what was GF for me. Surprised they have a dedicated fryer for sweet potato fries which were good! Salmon was kind of bland but my husband had grouper which he said was very good. Good value for your money as you get two sides and a salad with your meal. Good meal over all just not as flavorful as I have had elsewhere.

Had a great experience at Mr Big Fish, not just for GF but the food is fabulous. While they don’t have a GF menu, our server was knowledgeable of the menu and what was safe. They can prepare most of the fish as GF and many of the sides are GF as well. I had broiled Walleye after the Tuna appetizer (where they put the soy sauce on the side for others to enjoy) and both were fantastic. The walleye was tender, flaky, and a nice sized portion too. While my FL go to fish is grouper, hard to pass on walleye when you can find it here! The waiter said the Au gratin potatoes were GF which always concerns me but eureka, tasty and no issues! This is a popular restaurant…not fancy, just wonderful and the word is out so check before you go to avoid a long wait!

They are very accommodating. I had sesame encrusted tuna , House salad, & mashed cauliflower. They made it gluten free for me. I plan to come back to try the Salmon. I over heard a table across from me also ordering gluten free.
