— Good

Gluten free dinner rolls were cooked in a muffin pan - strange - and texture was very dry and crumbly and had a definite soda flavor to it. Basically inedible in my opinion. Could find something better at most restaurants and other bakeries.

Was surprised to find a gluten free bakery in Rexburg but so glad I did. Really explained options (multiple cinnamon roll flavors), cookies, brownies, bread ans dinner rolls
