The best ice cream! The scoopers changed gloves and scooped from fresh containers in back.

Lots of flavors are gluten free, and they were super knowledgeable and happy to get a new scoop from the back for me that they marked as allergy! Super tasty!

Very knowledgeable about cross contamination. When told I had a gluten allergy, they their washed hands, changed gloves, and scooped with a clean scooper fresh from the back. All ice cream made in house, from university cows too. Very good taste, and very good safety

So wonderful, just as I remembered. The allergen list was helpful (not a ton of choices - check the “wheat” AND “gluten” columns (I’m not sure how accurate the wheat column is). I can need you with mint chip + vanilla. She changed her gloves, used a clean scoop, and got the ice cream out of the back.

Tasty and very helpful! They have an allergen list if you ask and a lot of ice cream flavors are gluten free. I asked if they could open a new container for me to avoid cross contamination and they were incredibly kind and accommodating.

This is great! Has a variety of flavors to choose from and if they all look and taste delicious!!! My sister love their sweet corn ice cream! I like the pineapple!!
Ice cream made on site, includes an upstairs observatory you can watch ice cream being made during the week. All hand scooped ice cream....many flavors. They also make their own cheese....including an interesting concoction chocolate cheese....a cross between fudge and cheese, has walnuts. My celiac daughter has eaten it several times and never had a problem with any of the cheeses or the ice creams she's had. There is a sign on the counter that is new letting you know to tell staff if you have an allergy. I think they are becoming much more aware and careful and do their best. If you ask they will give you an allergen list of which flavors contain gluten or soy, nuts. They even made me a photocopy to keep of the list. They are good about scooping from a new carton and washing the scoop before serving if you let them know as well as if you ask for sample. They are college students who work there, but usually a mgr there also who assists and is knowledgeable.
