Review of Mud Hen Water

Delicious, inventive restaurant - well worth getting out of Waikīkī for! About half the menu could be made gf and the kitchen proactively made items not on the menu for me if what I’d ordered had soy sauce, etc. Waitress wasn’t totally familiar with the menu ingredients but the chefs were so no issues. Menu changes seasonally, local, seasonal - one of the best meals we had on Oahu.
