Very limited GF options. Protein (fish, shrimp, etc) can be broiled, and burgers can be done without the bun. Everything fried is fried in the same oil as gluten, everything blackened or grilled are cooked on the same surface they use to toast bread, and all the vegetables as sides are boiled in pasta water. The only gf sides are the cole slaw, salad, and baked potato. Most salads are GF or can be made GF by getting them without the bread. They make their ranch in house, but all the other dressings are Ken’s brand. The manager offered all this information immediately upon hearing I had a gluten allergy and informed the kitchen. His knowledge made me comfortable ordering. (People gifted with the ability to eat gluten rave about this place, so if you are with a group of “normal” people, you can eat here, too.)
