somebody else here talked about the cavatelli. It’s NOT gluten free!!!!!!! This was a staple for me but they added cavatelli to the menu. I asked the manager and he said if you’re truly celiac, not to eat here because it’s not a dedicated facility and never has been. Very disappointing because with as few gluten items as they have, it’d be easy to make it safe. 😦

I was glutened by this restaurant. The food was cold and mediocre, and I was sick by the next afternoon. Unsure if it was due to negligence from the server or the food itself.

Really good food and they have a gluten free menu. However, you risk cross contamination. I’ve been here a couple of times, never been sick BUT they definitely do say you risk cross contamination

Awesome, lots of gf and df! Set up buffet style! Very good...healthy...gf baked goods also! Great spot!!

So many options with everything clearly marked. They recently added a pasta option so not everything is G/F so read before you order. I had a wonderful and healthy meal. Desserts galore!

Gluten free items clearly marked. It is a kind of ‘buffet’ deli style place but all food items had their own untensils. I’m Celiac and ate there with no issues but make sure staff are aware of cross contamination - it gets very busy in there!

Real food and Lots of selection. Had the cauliflower salad and mash with chicken. Lots of baked items too.

This is THE BEST CELIAC FREE Restaurant I have ever visited. i have a 9yr old who suffers from severe celiac. Everything is gluten free with breads, donuts, and brownies. My daughter is so happy and I am choked up writing this. if you have a child with gluten issues you know how I feel.

So yummy and so safe to eat! They were very helpful and informative!

I was so thrilled to find this gem! M&V offers healthy, fast, delicious and mostly all Gluten free items! Lots of Diary free and vegan options too! I had the turkey white bean chili with winter kale salad and roasted sweet potatoes. My husband had roasted chicken breast, Brussels sprouts and broccoli with honey siracha. Lots of choices of “proteins” and “veggies” you choose the combo you’d like from the line and they prepare it in either a plate or bowl (includes your choice of greens as a base) See photos. We liked it so much we went to the other location in NYC the next day!

Excellent service and delicious home cooked food. Staff was very knowledgeable and beyond accommodating for my Celiac son. Almost ALL of their food is gluten free! We had chicken breast, Thai rice noodles, rice, and broccoli. Delicious!

Awesome! Food is great, and everything is GF. So nice to get a good meal and not worry about getting sick. And get a chocolate chip cookie to go with your meal! They're amazing.

Very healthy and interesting mixtures of proteins and vegetables. Their soups were great too, and almost all the food options were GF. A fun and casual restaurant, great for a quick Gluten free bite! Prices were reasonable too!

Amazing choices. The Food was so delicious and the staff were lovely. I had the Turkey chili, Poblano-Lime Brussels and Broccoli with Honey Sriracha

All of the meal options are gluten free! The food was great, and they have a bunch of vegan, vegetarian and dairy free options. The only potential contamination for celiac's comes from the drink options (they have beer and some of the other bottled drinks are produced in a facility that also handles wheat and dairy). Very laid back atmosphere and its really easy to grab food and go.

Great place to eat in NYC. I am Celiac and have a dairy allergy but had no issues eating here. The staff was very helpful and the food was fantastic. The entire menu is gluten free and almost completely dairy free I had the Thai chili noodles, shaved Brussels w citrus and the roast chicken breast on the vegan mash. Will definitely be back. So nice to find a healthy safe place to eat when away from home.

Delicious gf baked goods and clearly marked gf a la carte items. I had the rosmery chicken with zucchini and quinoa then a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. I will definitely return.

The food is amazing! Creative well made dishes. Green juice options as well as teas.Everything is allergy labeled and a knowledgable staff.. Huge relief for celiac sufferers!!
