I just went there for lunch. I’m new to being Gluten Free so I always get nervous to ask what their options are. They were super friendly and said they offer a gluten free bread for all of their sandwiches. It just might have come in contact so they warned me in case I was super sensitive or celiac. The rest, you would just have to customize (ie. no mayo and such) very helpful and my sandwich was super delicious! :)
