Excellent variety of gf food suitable for coeliacs. Counter food as well as menu and beverages, including gf beers. Big thumbs up. Best so far in NZ for us.

I love this place. An extensive menu and selection of cabinet food ( far more than most “normal” cafes and all GF. The food was delicious !!!!! Made my visit to Palmerston North so worthwhile. Going back for brunch this morning before I leave

I come up from Wellington just for this cafe. I can’t explain how amazing it is to know I can order ANYTHING. And I have tried a decent amount from their menu by now! My favourite thing is that my friends and family (not gluten free) also love this place so we can all enjoy meals together. I have missed being able to share bites of food. I always take a couple of things home from the cabinet. Decor, staff and vibe is also on point.

Fantastic food and service. If I'm ever going past Palmerston North I will detour for lunch at Munch. All the family are happy to eat here and the choices abound! The decor provides so many memories and things to chat about too.

Totally gluten free. Plenty of dairy free options. Kids big fans of the curly fries and crunchie chicken tenders. Now licenced with gf beer. Love being able to have everything from the cabinet or menu.

Best place to get GF food in town. Hubby is a celiac and we know we can go here and he can eat whatever he wants. Great atmosphere and friendly welcoming staff. Always fresh and awesome coffee. Kids love the food too. Can't wait to see what options they have when the bar opens up :)

First thing I’d eaten all day was there and got a bad reaction. People rave about this place, but I think it’s awful, and will never eat there again. It’s definitely not coeliac friendly as it claims.
