Mura

Ate here for lunch today. Advised the waitstaff of my Celiac's. My coworker also advised of her sensitivity. When my GF ROLL arrived and after I had eaten several pieces I noticed the bottom side of the roll was covered in tempura pieces. Of course they remade it and did not charge but it was too late. I'm sick as is my supervisor who ordered a GF dish.

Very pleased with Mura. They have gf soy sauce. They altered rolls for me to make them gf. They also have a handful of rolls that are normally gf and marked that way on the menu. Just wish they had more gf starters. Only edamame listed gf on appetizer menu.

Great service and knowledgeable staff that understands the hidden gluten in sushi. They turned a appetizer that was not GF by omitting the ponzu and providing my GF soy sauce. They have 4 rolls labeled as GF and they were good. Another must visit GF sushi restaurant in Raleigh area.
