Very nice, great coeliac knowledge as some flavours aren’t gluten free but they can provide a gluten free cone - yummy.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Many flavor options and other choices such as granitas. GF cones available. Staff was patient explaining the flavor choices and changed their scooper and gloves for us. Not our favorite ice cream/gelato flavorwise, but a good option to cool off on a hot day in Murano.

Very GF friendly. They had gf cones, and even on a crowded, chaotic day with lots of people yelling orders, they took the time to explain the safest options. Also very tasty.

Staff were great and knew about cross contamination. They told me which flavours were 100% gluten free, and which were ‘may contain’. They cleaned a new spoon to scoop with, and scooped in a new area of the tub, to avoid cross contamination. And the dark chocolate sorbet was delicious!
