I have worked next door to them for 3 years. I have seen kitchen practices first hand, see their deliveries with ingredients weekly and have ordered from them. There is zero training, and I mean ZERO training on food allergies here. I have gotten sick each and every time with their “gluten free” menu items. Their pizza is “gluten free friendly” NOT entirely GF as advertised. I’ve even got sick off their egg bowl more than once. The absolute worst food allergy practices I have witnessed. I believe even moderate allergies would struggle here. I love the staff and feel bad but they don’t even know what to do if you tell them you are allergic. Not good food at all either.

GF pizzas and a separate dedicated oven! also GF breakfast bowls, oats, salads. Our server was super knowledgeable and willing to clean equipment and prep space to avoid cross-contamination. Definitely the best option I’ve found in Canyons Village.
