Gluten Intolerant

I ordered my burger with no bun and it was really good. I ordered the rice side and waitress said it was gluten free. She came back later and said it was rice pilaf not just rice and she said the fries were cooked in the same fryer as breaded items. Since I'm not celiac I tried those and had no issues. Food and service was great

Had the smothered chicken, baked potato, and salad with ranch and no croutons. Was very good and no reactions. Was told they could make almost anything gluten free. Menu not marked.
