Super tasty dedicated GF bakery with lots of options. Sort of hard to find, it’s next to a plant nursery, but they want to move more into town. We got biscuits, kolaches, a brownie, and a pound cake. So nice to feel safe when eating. You can also special order.

This is the best gluten free place in BCS area. I have tried almost every pastry, pie, dessert, etc. from here and absolutely nothing has disappointed. My favorites are the cheddar bay biscuits, cinnamon rolls, lemon pound cake. Run, don’t walk to this place!!!!

Excellent food. We stopped in to their bakery and picked up a spinach & goat cheese quiche (individual size), blueberry pie (individual size), blueberry muffin, and cinnamon roll. Everything was so tasty. The crust on the quiche and pie were thin and flaky. The cinnamon roll was so good. Definitely worth a stop if they are open!

Dedicated gluten free bakery. The best gluten free baked goods in the world. She is a chef trained in France who has a gluten intolerance and can bake any kind of cake, bread or dish one wants, and make it gluten free.

She sells at small local stores and cafes and by special order. She has some staples: dinner rolls, brownies, macarons, quiches, lemon cakes, but she can make any special order one can dream of.
