This is one of the stands at the El Parque Cocina Al Aire Libre. Very similar but smaller than Puerto 125, which is nearby. They fry the tostones in a separate fryer from their proteins. 1-2 proteins contain gluten, so I opted for their mushroom option. Both the tostones, mushroom dip, and sauces tested GF with my Nima. It was very tasty too.
