Delicious burgers. Delicious fries. Some of the burgers apparently aren’t gluten free so I asked my waiter and he was able to tell me which I could eat. (Apparently their mushroom burger isn’t gluten free? But I saw nothing in the ingredients that shouln’t be so that confused me a bit). I got the breakfast burger, sweet fries, and duck fat fried fries. It was all great. My favorite was probably the sweet fries because of the pineapple dipping sauce. They did have gluten free buns also.
Based off of other reviews I was pretty confident in trying this place however the options were very limited. I asked if there they had a gf menu and my waitress said “we have gf udi buns and the duck fat potatos can be made in a separate fryer” didn’t budge on that, so that left me a very basic burger and potatos to eat. The burger was very good but I’m not sure I would visit again due to the limitations.
Online allergen guide is not completely accurate, be sure to still ask questions. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, though!
I mentioned i was gluten free at the very beginning. Was told the fried calimari was cooked in rice flour so we tried that! And basically all burgers can be modified gluten free and they have a gf bun. I got rhe local burger with gluten free bun and the potatoes cooked in duck fat. Had a good experience and no reaction
This was a great experience and they have some truly unique burgers. Of note, if you check out their website it connects to an allergen guide. While helpful, it’s a little outdated. According to the allergen guide the short rib nachos are gluten free and we were looking forward to ordering them. Disappointed to find out they aren’t, but glad that our server was knowledgeable and even double checked when I mentioned what it said on the website.
I have gluten and dairy allergy and they still had quite a few options for me. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in my group with or without allergies thought it was delicious!
Very thorough explanation of the food preparation. Manager sat with me and went over every menu item. Very tasty and a higher standard of flavors and textures. Delicious! No dedicated fryer, but manager advised on substitutions and alternative prep in a fresh pan. Servers and chef came out with gloves hands. Wow!
This was a unique and nice restaurant. We each ordered something different off the menu and loved it. The server had no knowledge about gluten free safety or menu options but did ask the kitchen every one of my questions. She was very nice and accommodating. I did not get sick after eating here so win win!!! That’s rare for me. They do not have a separate fryer so I opted for the fish tacos.
Went here for a celebration dinner. Called ahead and the people who answered our calls were knowledgeable and didn't hesitate when we asked about gfdf options. No dedicated fryer for french fries, but they pan fried small potatoes for us. We had to modify one plate quite a bit and the waitress was on point. Just started providing (delicious) gluten free buns. We got one of the mussel appetizers, a seafood burger, a BBB burger, GF Italian job and turkey club. They were brought out by two employees wearing gloves, unlike other tables where the waiter/ess carried them all. Each were good, the mussels and seafood burger were the stars of the meal. I got a fig salad and the waitress asked the kitchen not to deep fry the goat cheese for me. Really glad we found this place. It was $100 for everything, so definitely a once and while treat. Our waitress was so laid back, but attentive, it was wonderful.
