Rice balls for celiacs/GF that have a medium-to-high risk tolerance or mild/tolerable symptoms. Easy to make mistakes here but there are some things you can eat if you can be a bit experimental.
You cannot have the spam, it is cooked in teriyaki. I think the salmon+seaweed rice ball had a little soy sauce in it.
Things I had with success: rice balls, salmon, yuzu pepper salmon, plum, miso salmon. They don’t list which have sauces.
The line is long and the counter service is quick, I don’t think you can make a full case for going GF. Ordering online doesn’t offer much help either.
The food is delicious and CHEAP for Waikiki which is why I’m listing this review. Be careful if you give them a try, I hope it works out for y’all!
