I ordered ribs and asked if they were gluten-free. He said everything is naturally gluten-free. When the ribs came out, there was a roll on top of them. I said that I mentioned had to be gluten-free. He took the dish back and they made a new plate (you can look right into the kitchen so I know it was a new ribs)
So good! Everything that goes into the frier is GF.
Dedicated gluten free fryer!!! And their french fries are excellent! Great bbq. Had no symptoms afterwards. I’m not celiac but I am sensitive to cross contamination, felt safe eating there & felt great afterwards.

A fantastic barbecue joint serving freshly smoked meats, including smoked wings. 90% of the menu is gluten free with exception of the cornbread, mac and cheese, and the rolls. The fryer is dedicated gluten free so the wings and the fries are totally safe to eat. The fries have a delicious spice mix on them, they are the best! The food is fantastic and it’s a weekly lunch treat for us. The service is excellent and the staff has excellent knowledge of dietary restrictions, I always feel completely safe eating here. Highly recommend!!!
I love this place! They cater a lot of my work events and the staff is amazing when it comes to allergy accommodations! They're very generous to our local community and even help feed the homeless when they can. Love these guys!
Delicious food, we got the buffalo, honey bbq, and honey siricha. I have celiac and felt safe, they have a dedicated gluten free fryer. Wings and fries were both great!
