Named after the Thai slang for "little glutton," Muum Maam does not trade in quantity for quality. Their focus rests on true Thai flavors, seasonal ingredients and fresh products. For example, the coconut milk is so fresh it's extracted daily at their restaurant. Although their menu is constantly changing to keep up with the seasons, with three new lunch specials being creating weekly and at least four dinner specials rotating monthly, they always have a designated gluten-free menu with plenty of unique options. Their most interesting menu item has to be the pineapple fried rice with prawns, raisins and pork floss. Not only is the dish served in a carved out pineapple, but they added pork floss, a dried meat product with a light texture originating in the Chinese culture. Whoever said food provides a glimpse into another culture wasn't kidding!
