This place seemed promising as I’m looking for a gluten free sushi restaurant.
They did not wash their hands in between making gluten containing rolls with ponzu, etc. they would only rinse for 1-2 seconds with water and no soap in between making the rolls.
There was no designated station for Gluten Free ingredients
To top it off, the chef touched paper receipts (which is very high in BPA, a known carcinogen) in between making the rolls for to go orders, that alone was enough for me not to come back again.

They have a dedicated gluten free sushi menu and are knowledgeable about gluten in their food and sauces. Their food is delicious!
