Great little cafe. Easy to get table, nice happy staff, solid gf alternatives. I returned to this little haven to get far from the madding crowd!

Fantastic! I had the vegan chocolate torte and it was delicious. It was not too sweet which I loved. Creamy and moist and didn’t taste like it was vegan …. You all know what I mean. Also had one of their fruit smoothies… nice and refreshing. This bakery had a number of brunch items all gluten free…. Smoked salmon on toast, ham and eggs with toast and also açai bowls. Many various cakes and squares all gluten free and if you are vegan or dairy sensitive as well, it is listed on each dessert.

This lovely little cafe is part of the Apartments Sabina El Pilar / Hotel Sauce family. They serve up *exactly* what you need when you’re a tourist: easy, quick, tasty food, that kids also like, and that doesn’t cost the Earth.
I have coeliac disease so I was drawn in by the fact they had gluten free / sun gluten listed on their menu and I’m so glad we went there for lunch. I was catered for and my son and husband were happy with the simple regular gluteny lunch items on offer. We all had toasted sandwiches, drinks and cakes, and my husband and I had coffees. The waiting staff clarified if I had coeliac disease when they took my order. ❤
The food was good and the whole experience was just lovely.
