We went here but didn’t end up getting anything because we were worried about cross contamination. The gluten-free breads and cakes are right next to the gluten-containing ones in the same case and we could see crumbs from the gluten-containing pistachio cake on the gluten-free chocolate cake next to it. Staff member told us the gluten-free and gluten-containing products are made in the same kitchen space. Star added for friendly staff willing to answer questions.
There are two locations just down from one another…the cafe which has only coffee and pastry, and the bistro with more selections. The cafe only had GF stroopwaffles to offer. Very good! The bistro had a couple types of GF cakes and a GF muffin. Coffee is delicious and they have dairy free milks. I had a slice of GF chocolate cake and a slice of the apple cake. Both were excellent! Both places had people who spoke English and understood the health issue.
I really liked this place so we came back twice! The lattes are in these adorable huge cups, and we got the chocolate cake and apple pie cake which was yummy. We came back the next day and got gf turkey and cheese toasties too! They also asked the sandwiches were gf for an allergy, and when I said my sister was coeliac the person at the counter went and told the kitchen so they could change gloves and wash the kitchen equipment when preparing the food. Thumbs up!
