The waiter here was very knowledgeable about their gluten-free options. Multiple broths are GF (almost all, but one or two were not, so do ask), as well as meats and veggies. The guy even brought out popcorn as an appetizer, and was very careful to check on a few things (I also have to avoid dairy, but no problem there either). I ate here with a vegetarian friend who seemed happy with her options. Delicious and hearty... a little on the slow side. I got rice too, but you could make it paleo. Nice location right by Forest Hill MUNI.
