Unfortunately they note what options can be made gf in the menu, though upon inquiring further, no sushi can be made gf. Not even the basic rolls or Nigri. Their focus is definitely on ramen, which is prepared in a different area of the kitchen. There are 3-4 ramen bowls that can be made gf. I had the curry ramen, and it was very tasty. They also screwed up our order multiple ways.
